Kelvin Kimisha, Elvis's older brother, is also a native of Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania. Kelvin is an artist, specializing in beadwork, who has worked extensively in Tanzania's national parks. Kelvin coordinates outreach programs to orphaned and vulnerable children in the Mlandizi community, working closely with children's extended family networks to provide food, shelter, medical and educative assisstance to disadvantaged and marginalized children.
